CancerChatCanada provides online support to people affected by cancer and is funded primarily through the Canadian Partnership against Cancer. CancerChatCanada offers professionally-facilitated online groups that meet once per week for up to 90 minutes in a live “chat” room on the Internet. Most of the groups meet for 10-12 weeks. All that is required is a computer and access to the Internet

Founded in 2003, PROCURE's mission is to provide science and humanity with the means to help prevent and cure prostate cancer. It is the only charitable organization in Quebec to be devoted entirely to the fight against this form of cancer. PROCURE’s biobank – created in 2007 in collaboration with the four Quebec University-based hospital systems (CHUM, CHUS, CHUQ and MUHC) - aims to accelerate breakthroughs in prostate cancer research. PROCURE offers the public and healthcare professionals a comprehensive bilingual website (www.PROCURE.ca) and contributes to supporting patients and their caregivers by providing the services of a urology nurse upon request, a provincial Prostate Cancer Support & Awareness Network as well as information and awareness campaigns.

Prostate Cancer Canada (PCC) is dedicated to the elimination of the disease through research, education, support and awareness. Prostate Cancer Canada's goals are twofold - to fund research that will uncover better diagnostic and treatment options and to provide comprehensive support services for those living with the disease. Their website offers a variety of resources for anyone who is affected by prostate cancer, including treatment options and disease information, webinars, expert videos and details on funded research.
